Art Note: I will incorporate your requests for pose, expression, vibe, aesthetic, fashion, and background to the best of my ability (I love when customers give me Pintrest boards, reference images, music, text descriptions, etc to bring their ideas to life)! But I do hope I can have artistic freedom with the information you give me - if there are elements that NEED to be included please be specific at quote stage so I prioritize it or else I will go crazy with my own ideas :D

Time-frame: I will text update to tell you where I am in my progress, 1-2 works in progress (WIPs) throughout the whole process. My time for completion can range from 3 days to 3 months at most. If I ever have an emergency and time to completion must extend beyond 3 months - you have the option to wait or ask for a full refund! Please let me know if you want any changes to the WIP or have concerns/suggestions with the artwork before I finalize (I will only edit things at the WIP stage!) See "After".

After: After the commission is complete I can edit critical elements I missed but I will not redo the entire artwork. Complex changes not discussed during the quote stage will not be done.

Canceling: I can provide a full refund before the sketch is complete. After the sketch is complete only 50% of the artwork can be refunded. Any progress after this will decrease refund amount.

Payment: I accept payment upfront, and I take: Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal

Credit: You must leave my logo on the artwork, I must be given credit where ever posted or used (Instagram, Facebook, Toyhouse, Youtube, etc.!)

Commissions cannot be used for commercial use!

Commercial use is + %50 of base price

Time-frame: Please do not ask for an art-trade or accept an art-trade if you are not able to finish the artwork with in a 2 month time-frame (6 months maximum). Sometimes emergencies happen! That is okay but please TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION IS A MUST! Please just communicate with me. If you cancel trades after I have provided WIPs or ghost me, you will be blacklisted and a beware will be made. In this event sketches or progress will be repurposed. My time will be compensated.

Ownership: Once you purchase a character from me you may use them in whatever way you please - you may also change aspects as you see fit! But please do not use my design for drawing abuse, racist, violent or feral sexual content! You will be blacklisted and a beware will be made.

Credit: Please credit me on future reference sheets.

Resell: You may not resell my designs for more than you paid for UNLESS you have increased their worth with artwork done by yourself or commissioned (meaning you paid real money). Worth is not increased with art-trades, or artfight drawings.

Trading: Trade for equal worth characters please. You may trade with additional characters or art for a more expensive character; however this does not increase the price of my design.

Gifting: You may gift someone a character you purchased for me - in that event if the person wishes to sell the character in the future, Resell rules apply.

Gift Designs: You many not sell a design I have gifted to you! Only trades or re-gifting is allowed!
